Ilichna Paz Morasky is a Montreal/Copenhagen based Chilean-Canadian multidisciplinary creative and self-identified weirdo with big ambitions. A graphic designer, illustrator, and musician with a background in visual branding, product photography and project management, she's a one-woman show in all aspects of her creative life. Running a successful freelance design business since 2014 with a wide range of experience, her client list ranges from massive artists like Feist and The National to start-ups-turned-big-businesses like DAVIDsTEA and Eve's Crackers.
From designing magazines, packaging, and full-scale visual identities to organizing photoshoots, photo editing, and illustrating, she continues to expand her skills by constantly learning and experimenting. All the while pushing her own musical ambitions under her alias, Strangerfamiliar. Since Ilichna is also a songwriter, she's uniquely keyed in on what it takes to create a successful and thorough artist brand; she can help you improve your design skills and reinvent your visual identity from the ground up.
A philosophy of self-compassion, community-centered connection and consistent personal growth serves as the backbone to her life's work. Her belief in calling in inspiration by nurturing a sustainable work-life balance informs her approach to helping other creatives. Knowing your worth and asking for what you deserve all the while equipping you with everything you need to feel confident is what she strives for when helping others. With open-minded resourcefulness and a positive no-nonsense work ethic, she hopes to serve the community at large knowing full well that no one travels this road alone.
